Tips on Peptide Reconstitution
We provide all peptides in the form of freeze-dried powder.
As peptides are fragile, preserving them in this form allows them to remain stable at room temperature for several weeks and during transportation. The powder must be reconstituted in an appropriate solvent, like Bacteriostatic Water, to prepare the solution for use.
Correct reconstitution is essential to maintain peptide potency and biological activity for research applications.
Once reconstituted, ideal storage is in a refrigerator at around 35°F, where they typically remain stable for 60 days. In their un-reconstituted form, peptides remain stable in refrigeration for 6 months. Frozen, the peptides can remain stable for up to 2 years.
